Unity Growth Hub aims to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every learner can thrive.

Expectations for Students

Students are expected to:

• Attend sessions on time.
• Participate actively and respectfully.
• Complete assigned work to the best of their ability.
• Treat tutors, staff, and fellow students with respect.
• Use appropriate language at all times.
• Follow instructions from tutors and programme staff.

Students must not:

• Engage in bullying or harassment.
• Disrupt learning sessions.
• Damage property or equipment.
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language.
• Share online class access details with others.

Expectations for Parents and Guardians

Parents and guardians are expected to:

• Support their child's attendance and learning.
• Maintain respectful communication with staff.
• Ensure fees are paid on time.
• Inform us of any relevant medical, educational, or safeguarding concerns.
• Notify us of absences where possible.

Consequences of Misconduct

Where behaviour falls below expected standards, Unity Growth Hub may:

• Issue a warning.
• Meet with parents or guardians.
• Suspend participation.
• Remove a participant from a programme where necessary.

Working Together

By enrolling in a Unity Growth Hub programme, students and parents agree to work collaboratively with staff to create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all.
