Programme Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 May 2026. These Terms and Conditions apply to all educational programmes, tutoring services, workshops, holiday courses, mentoring sessions, and related services provided by Unity Growth Hub (“we”, “our”, “us”). By registering for any Unity Growth Hub programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Enrolment
1.1. Students must complete the relevant registration form before attending any programme.
1.2. Parents or guardians must register students under the age of 18.
1.3. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and confirmation from Unity Growth Hub.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw enrolment where necessary to protect the welfare of students, staff, or the learning environment.
2. Fees and Payments
2.1. All programme fees must be paid in advance unless an agreed payment plan is in place.
2.2. Monthly subscriptions and instalment plans must be paid on the agreed due date.
2.3. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to classes and programme materials.
2.4. Any discounts, promotions, or scholarships are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
3.2. Full refunds are applicable only where written cancellation is received no fewer than 14 days before the programme commencement date. Monthly subscription holders are required to provide a minimum of one calendar months’ notice of cancellation.
3.3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the programme start date a 50% refund will be given.
3.4. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, voluntary withdrawals, or failure to attend.
3.5. If Unity Growth Hub cancels a programme, participants will be offered either:
- A full refund; or
- A transfer to an alternative programme.
4. Attendance and Participation
4.1. Students are expected to attend sessions punctually and participate respectfully.
4.2. Persistent absence, disruptive behaviour, bullying, harassment, or misconduct may result in removal from the programme without refund.
4.3. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring students attend scheduled sessions and arrive on time.
5. Online Learning
5.1. Students participating in online sessions must ensure they have suitable internet access and equipment.
5.2. Unity Growth Hub is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues outside our control.
5.3. Students must not record, distribute, or share online lessons without prior written permission.
6. Safeguarding and Student Welfare
6.1. Unity Growth Hub is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable individuals.
6.2. All participants are expected to comply with safeguarding policies and procedures.
6.3. Concerns relating to student welfare may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
7. Behaviour Expectations
7.1. Students must treat tutors, staff, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect.
7.2. The following behaviours are not permitted:
- Bullying or harassment
- Discrimination: Equalities Act 2010 applies.
- Offensive language
- Disruptive conduct
- Damage to property
7.3. Serious breaches may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All teaching materials, resources, worksheets, presentations, videos, and programme content remain the property of Unity Growth Hub.
8.2. Materials may be used for personal educational purposes only.
8.3. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of materials is prohibited without written permission.
9. Photography and Media
9.1. From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during programmes for promotional purposes.
9.2. Consent will be sought from parents or participants where required.
9.3. Participants may opt out of photography and media use by notifying us in writing.
10. Data Protection
10.1. Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
10.2. Information collected will be used for programme administration, safeguarding, communication, and service improvement.
10.3. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or safeguarding obligations.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Unity Growth Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in our programmes.
11.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant programme.
11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to Programmes
12.1. We reserve the right to amend programme content, tutors, schedules, venues, or delivery methods where necessary.
12.2. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
13. Complaints
13.1. Any complaints should be submitted in writing to:

13.2. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and investigate them promptly.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
